great service but minor room issues
The staff provided excellent customer care, especially Andrew, who seamlessly accommodated our family's request for extra space. The common areas were well-maintained and offered a welcoming atmosphere.
The room had some minor cleanliness issues that could be enhanced.

Breakfast selection was delicious, and the evening kickback offered great convenience for our large group. However, the pool area was overcrowded with a high school sports team, making it impossible for us to relax. A noisy couple arguing next door added to our disappointment. While the location is excellent with plenty of surrounding restaurants, the chaotic atmosphere prevented a pleasant stay.

The Deluxe Queen Room was super spacious and clean. Beds were comfy, though the pillows were just okay. The bathroom was well-designed with good amenities, which I liked. It felt fresh and modern overall. No major complaints about the room itself, just the pillows could be better.

We had a fantastic experience at the hotel! The evening Kickback was a delightful surprise, offering a variety of hearty options that really catered to everyone in our family. Plus, the staff was super welcoming and attentive—definitely a highlight of our stay!
My wife says that the parking lot could use better signage to direct guests. It was a bit chaotic trying to find our way with little ones in tow.

Why it might work for you – or not
This hotel is convenient, offering a complimentary dinner and breakfast that saved me money. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout my stay.
Unfortunately, the crowded environment was overwhelming, with noisy children and long waits that detracted from our experience.

The Deluxe Queen Room felt contemporary and spotlessly clean, featuring two comfortable queen beds that provided a solid night's sleep. With an outdoor swimming pool, it's a decent way to unwind, though it can get a bit cramped when the occupancy surges.
During my stay, I encountered a few hiccups. The elevator was out of service for several hours, which turned something as simple as getting down to breakfast into a mini-adventure. The bed was positioned quite high, making for a bit of a workout to climb into it, even if it turned out to be comfortable once settled. Plus, the food stations during the evening reception could really use a little more attention. several were left empty for a time, leaving us on the hungry side. These minor issues didn't ruin the stay, but they were noticeable.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Highly appreciated the convenient location close to shopping and dining options. The happy hour was such a steal with free drinks and yummy snacks like nachos and pasta. The breakfast spread was on point too—eggs, sausage, everything you want. Only bummer was the pool area could be bigger. But all in all, a fantastic stay!

I had a great experience at Drury Inn & Suites. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well-appointed, making it feel cozy right away. I loved the free breakfast—lots of tasty options available. The location is convenient, with plenty of shops nearby to explore. I really appreciated the evening snack and drink service. it was a lovely surprise. However, there were a few noisy kids running around late at night, which disrupted my sleep. I think it would be better if there were quiet hours enforced. Overall, my stay was enjoyable, but a little more attention to the noise levels would be beneficial.
